This starts with the design.

There are rules to hair transplantation design that must be followed, if they’re not your transplant will not look natural either immediately or in the future as you lose more hair.

As shown above, hair grows in different directions over the scalp. At key points on the scalp it changes direction. When you’re designing a hair transplant you must take this in to account and replicate it in your design.

One of these hairlines does not adhere to hair transplantation design.
