All hairlines should be irregular, they should contain only fine single hairs, there should be a transition zone of density behind the single hairs, the hair must leave the skin at a natural angle, the transplanted hair should grow in the correct direction and there should be no obvious scarring around the follicles in the hairline.

Female hairlines have a softer design than men’s, this enhances the soft curves in a woman’s face. But the quality of the hair transplant must be the same, whether you’re creating new hairline or augmenting a thinned hairline.
